New home, new job… and the kitchen is feeling it!
More than cooking in this period I have assembly some food, and I cannot stand to slave over a hot stove again 🙂

This little sweets are simple to make ma with a full and soft taste.
And it’s a tasty way to use the ripe bananas that nobody wants to eat nomore 😉
Breakfast, tea break… o put in the bag, wrpped in plastic, ready for an hunger attack!

 

Banana, peanut butter and chocolate muffins
Ingredients for 12 pieces:

160 g milk
120 g ripe banana
1 teaspoon apple vinegar
160 g sugar cane
100 g wholewheat flour
100 g all purpose flour
30 g corn starch
1 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of baking soda
a pinch of salt
70 g seeds oil
2 plentiful Tablespoons peanut butter
80 g dark chocolate chips

Add the vinegar to the milk and set apart for 10 minutes.
Mix in a bowl the flours, the starch, the baking powder, the baking soda and the salt.
In another bowl smash well the banana, then add the sugar, the oil, the peanut butter and the milk. Mix well until the sugar is melted.
Now pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones, add the chocolate chips and mix. Divide the batter into the greased and floured muffins pan. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Let cool down before serve.
