C’era una volta una bimba buongustaia e paffutella, che non si accontentava delle pentoline giocattolo, ma aspettava di essere sola in casa per poter frugare nella dispensa della mamma e tirare fuori pentole, cucchiai di legno e mestoli “veri”.
Da allora sono trascorsi molti anni e il mio amore per la cucina è cresciuto insieme a me. La mia passione più grande sono i lievitati che preparo con la mia amata pasta madre, una compagna fedele che mi ha sempre donato tante soddisfazioni. Amo follemente impastare: sentire la farina e l’acqua che prendono corda, aspettare con ansia la lievitazione, rimanere incollata davanti al forno per osservare come cresce l’impasto in cottura, mi emoziona sempre come fosse la prima volta! Ecco, lo sapevo, ora mi è venuta voglia di andare a rinfrescare! Allora bando alle ciance e…mettiamo le mani in pasta!!
I never know wht to tell about me, but here it should be easier: I love cooking, a little bit of everything, but a special shiver go with sweets. I always love to play with food, from I was a little girl, but only recently I left this passin flow… and it’s wondeful! I’d never take this passion seriously: ok, I love cooking, well, you have to do it, no? But among my biggest satisfactions there are right my hashes, among my serene moments the ones passed playing in my kitchen. To cook and eat with my friends… that sends me to paradise! E to taste new combinations, and to try that difficult recipe, and… but when I start to talk about food I could go on for hours. Have you understand why I’m here? 🙂
