I stole the recipe here, from the Patrizia’s blog from where fantasy and passion pour out without stop 🙂

Fudges are little parline, soft and melting, whom main ingredients are chocolate and condensed milk.
Here with the white chocolate I paired dried red berries: I like also the flavor match that the colours one.
Easy and quick to do, you can keep them in the fridge ready to be offered to your guests!

White chocolate fudge, with red fruits

Put in a little pot the chopped white chocolate and the butter. Melt them in a bain-marie, then add the condensed milk. Add the red frutis, mix well and distribute into the chosen mould. Let rest in the fridge for 3-4 hours, then serve. Keep in the fridge.
