The second door yu open when you get back home, looking for something fresh.
And what a joy when you find something fanciful!

 

Like these Bounty 🙂 A fresh coconut filling rolled up in a cruchy chocolate layer. Quick to prepare and to keep apart for a sudden will of sweets…
A few ingredients and very easy… dont’ wait to try them!

Bounty
Ingredients for 12 pieces about:

100 g coconut flour
70 g sugar
35 g butter
60 g fresh milk cream
200 g milk chocolate

Put in a little pot the butter, the milk cream and the sugar. Warm up until the butter is melted than add the coconut flour. Stir, cover and set in the fridge for 1 hour, so that the mixture will be easily handling.
Now form 12 little cylinder and let them rest again in the fridge while you’re melting the chocolate.
Dip each cylinder in the chocolate using a fork to trip it. Put them on a wired rack or on a piece of parchment and let the chocolate solidify. Keep in the fridge.
