Strawberries and chocolate in a soft and moist cake… how can you resist?

| 4 eggs | |
| 250 g powdered sugar | |
| 250 g plain yogurt | |
| 150 ml seeds oil | |
| 40 g unsweetened cocoa powder | |
| 300 g flour | |
| 60 g corn starch | |
| 16 g baking soda | |
| a pinch of salt | |
| 150 g dark chocolate | |
| 200 g fresh strawberries |
| 1. | Clean the strawberries and chop them in pieces. Set apart. Chop up roughly the chocolate and set apart too. |
| 2. | In a bowl beat the eggs with the powdered sugar for a few minutes, then add yogurt and oil. Now add the dry ingredients sifted together and mix. Add the chocolate and pour the batter into the greased and floured pan. |
| 3. | Now distribute the strawberries all over the surface and bake at 175°C for about 50-60 minutes. Let cool down before serve. |
